Saint Paul is a great city for pets, with dog-friendly restaurant patios and breweries and top veterinary care due to its proximity to the University of Minnesota. There are several off-leash dog parks, including the fully fenced High Bridge Dog Park near the beautiful walking trails on the Mississippi, and Arlington/Arkwright Off-Leash Dog Park on the north end of St. Paul.
