Hi, I'm Alex!

My love for animals began at a young age with a pet turtle named Tolka. Since then, I have given and received love from many pets. As a former elementary school teacher and father, I find many similarities between the needs of children and animals: routine, trust, and most of all - love.

I have been privileged to work for Twin Cities Pets since March 2023. I appreciate how rewarding it is to help other people and their beloved animals. I consider each animal I help to be a part of my family.

Contrary to popular belief, I do have a life outside of work. New experiences with my children, quality time with my family, and helping children through tutoring are some of my favorite activities. I enjoy being outdoors, coaching, and pretending to remember how to play piano in a 3-piece band!
